How can I get an exchange?
We are glad to assist you on any exchange within 7 days of receiving our items. All items must be unworn with their tags intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping with tracking.
How can I get a refund?
We have a strict no refunds policy. However, if we made a mistake in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving our items, we will send you the correct item free of charge.
Shipping & Customer Care
We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Canada and the United States. Rest of the world shipping is done through carrier-calculated rates. Free Canada and USA shipping on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in Vancouver, Canada and we ship internationally! Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Shipping to Canada and USA is free of importation duties and taxes.
Is my order confirmed?
You will receive confirmation email when your order has been processed. We will notify you again when your item has been shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where is my item?
Orders are fulfilled through Canada Post from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays.
